Dr. Steve Pinto is a distinguished minister, educator, and pastoral leader, serving as the Senior Pastor of Faro Church. Dr. Pinto’s dedication to education is evident as an esteemed adjunct professor at Vanguard University and LABI College. Dr. Pinto’s remarkable grasp of biblical principles, genuine compassion for others, and engaging speaking style have made him a highly sought-after keynote speaker at numerous youth events, camps, and conventions.
Dr. Pinto’s qualifications include an Associate of Arts degree in Ministerial Studies from LABI College, a Bachelor of Arts in Ministerial and Pastoral Studies from Vanguard University, a Master of Theological Studies degree from Liberty University, and a Doctor of Ministry degree with an emphasis on formational leadership in the 21st century from Capital Seminary.
As a devoted family man, he resides in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, with his wife and two children.

Nelson Marquez sirve como Anciano y Pastor del Ministerio en Español en la Iglesia Faro. Nelson Marquez serves as an Elder and Pastor of the Spanish Ministry at Faro Church. A committed servant of God, Pastor Nelson has dedicated over fifteen years to faithfully serving in various ministries at Faro. He studied at LABI College, earned a certification in Soul Care through the Breath of Life foundation, and is currently continuing his theological education at the Latin American Theological Seminary. Motivated by his passion for the Lord and his heart for the Latino community, Pastor Nelson devotes himself to serving others, strengthening the church, and guiding people in their walk of faith.
Pastor of the English Ministry
Dr. Vini (Vincent Nunez) serves as an Elder and Pastor of the English Ministry at Faro Church. He is a Christian Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a heart for pastoral ministry and spiritual care. He holds a Master’s in Pastoral Ministry, a Master of Science in Counseling, and a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling.
His background is in church leadership, mental health outpatient care, clinical supervisor at a university wellness center, and owner of his own private practice.
Dr. Vini is an Army veteran, husband of 28 years, and father of three young adults. He is passionate about helping people have hope, healing, and a resilient faith.

El es consejero cristiano y terapeuta matrimonial y familiar con licencia, con una pasión por el ministerio pastoral y la atención espiritual. PASTOR JACQUELINE FUNG
Jacqueline Fung has served as the Children’s Ministry Pastor at Faro Church since its founding in 2002. Her passion for guiding and nurturing children’s spiritual growth began in high school through active leadership in her youth group and continued through college, where she earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Education, as well as an Administrative Credential from Azusa Pacific University. Today, Jacqueline remains committed to raising up future leaders and supporting families within the Faro community.
Jacqueline Fung ha desempeñado el cargo de Pastora del Ministerio de Niños en la Iglesia Faro desde su fundación en 2002. Su pasión por guiar y cultivar el crecimiento espiritual de los niños comenzó en la preparatoria, cuando ejerció un liderazgo activo en su grupo de jóvenes, y continuó durante la universidad, donde obtuvo tanto una Licenciatura como una Maestría en Educación, además de una Credencial Administrativa de la Universidad Azusa Pacific. Aurelio Fernandéz is a founding member of Faro Church and has faithfully served as an Ameritas elder for many years, demonstrating unwavering wisdom, compassion, and a profound love for the Lord. As the pastor of the Golden Years Ministry, he focuses on uplifting and supporting senior members of the congregation, ensuring they remain active, respected, and spiritually nourished as vital pillars of the church family. Through his natural leadership, heartfelt counsel, and genuine hospitality, Pastor Aurelio fosters a welcoming environment where older adults feel valued and inspired to deepen their faith. His dedication to sharing God’s Word, combined with his humble servant’s heart, sets a meaningful example for everyone he meets.
