Adult Water Baptism

Water baptism is an important step of faith and obedience for every believer in Jesus Christ. It is a public declaration of your personal faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior and a celebration of the new life you have received through Him.

At Faro Church, we practice baptism by immersion, following the example of Jesus and the teaching of Scripture. Baptism symbolizes our identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection and represents leaving the old life behind and walking in the new life Christ gives us (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4).

Baptism does not earn salvation; rather, it is an outward expression of the faith and salvation you have already received through Jesus Christ.

Whether you recently decided to follow Jesus or have been a believer for some time but have never been baptized, we invite you to take this meaningful next step in your faith journey.

Adult Water Baptisms are celebrated on the third Sunday of every month at Faro Church.
